I have a fresh batch of oils and other food-related SKUs ready to go live on both Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, and I need a detail-oriented hand to make it happen.

The single most important part of this job is matching each item to the correct existing catalogue entry wherever possible, so you’ll spend a good share of your time searching current listings, confirming exact variations and avoiding duplicates before moving on to creation of any brand-new ASINs or product IDs. Once matched (or created), you’ll populate every required field—titles, bullet points, descriptions, high-resolution images, GST/tax details, HSN codes, pricing, inventory counts and custom SKUs.

I’ll supply the product sheets, images and attribute data; you bring the expertise in bulk upload templates, flat files, and error resolution. If any listing throws back a compliance or taxonomy error, you’ll troubleshoot, correct, and resubmit until it is fully active.

Deliverables
• Complete, error-free uploads for the full range of oil and food items on both platforms
• Clean, well-formatted Excel or flat-file templates archived for my records
• A brief handover note outlining any unresolved issues or follow-up actions

Acceptance criteria
• All products visible in search and buy-box eligible on both marketplaces
• No stranded or suppressed listings remaining in either dashboard
• Inventory, price, and tax data exactly matching my master sheet
