Amazon & Etsy Store Expansion Lead

I operate a busy custom-laser-engraving shop that already moves significant volume through our own e-commerce site. Now I’m ready to open new revenue streams on Amazon first, with Etsy and other marketplaces to follow, and I need someone who can take the reins and make these channels thrive.

Here’s what the role covers day-to-day:
• Customer service — responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and managing returns and refunds so our five-star reputation carries over to every platform.
• Product listings — creating keyword-rich, visually appealing listings that highlight customization options and convert browsers into buyers.
• Manage marketing spend — planning and optimizing Sponsored Ads, coupons, and other paid tools to keep ACoS in line while scaling sales.
• Run store — overseeing the account dashboard, monitoring performance metrics, updating catalog data, and handling whatever operational issues Amazon (and soon Etsy) throws our way.

Success for me looks like a fully compliant store that launches on schedule, climbs the ranking ladder quickly, and sustains excellent customer feedback without pulling me away from production.
