Aluminium Dock Clamp Blocks

I’ve mocked up a simple pair of aluminium blocks and now need them turned into proper, machinist-ready CAD. Each block will finish at about 80 mm high × 60 mm wide × 100 mm deep.
Rear face: the two halves close around a tube in a clamshell style. I’m thinking four Allen-head bolts (M5 or M6, two per side) will do the job, but if you see a cleaner fixing method that still lets the parts open easily, I’m all ears.
Front face: a 20 mm through-hole receives a docking dowel that must lock in place with a sprung plunge pin. Because the blocks form part of a mobility mechanism, the pin fit and dowel clearance need to keep movement tight yet allow quick release.
What I need from you
• 3D CAD files (STEP or similar) of both halves plus hardware
• 2D machining drawings with full dimensions, tolerances and call-outs
• A concise parts list covering the plunge pin, bolts and any inserts
I’ll run the STEP file through Fusion 360 to be sure everything imports cleanly and that the drawings give a machinist everything required—once those checks pass, the job’s complete. If anything in my sketch photo isn’t clear, just let me know and we’ll iterate quickly.
