All-in-One Android Shopping Wallet

I need a single Android application that seamlessly blends three experiences: a full-featured shopping portal, a robust bill-payment hub, and a stored-value wallet.

For the wallet, real money movement is essential. Users must be able to add funds straight from their bank accounts and through a payment-gateway top-up flow, see every credit or debit in a clear transaction history, and send money to other users instantly.

The shopping side should feel like any modern e-commerce app: a browsable product catalog, an intuitive cart (with quantity edits and promo-code entry), and a wishlist that persists across sessions so shoppers can save items for later. When a user checks out, the wallet balance should appear as a payment option alongside any external gateways.

Bill payments should follow the same design language. Think utility bills, mobile recharges, or similar services routed through secure APIs; the wallet balance again needs to be selectable at checkout.

What I expect from you:
• A production-ready Android build (Java or Kotlin) that passes Play Store submission requirements.
• Complete source code with clear package structure and inline documentation.
• An admin-side mechanism (web panel or Firebase console setup) where I can manage product inventory, view wallet transactions, and monitor bill-payment settlements.
• REST or GraphQL APIs (or well-documented third-party SDK usage) with concise README instructions for local setup.
• Basic UI/UX coherence—nothing flashy, just clean Material Design components and smooth navigation.

I will test by loading the APK on a mid-range device, topping up the wallet through both funding methods, adding items to the cart, placing an order, and paying a sample bill. If every step completes without crashes and all balances reconcile correctly in the backend, the milestone is met.
