Aleph 2.0 Soccer Penalty Kick from a goalkeeper's Point of View (POV)

I need a videographer who can use a standard third person view of 2d video of a soccer player taking a penalty and turn this into a video showing the penalty taker taking the penalty from the goalkeepers point of view POV. The video will start with the taker standing behind the ball, then approaching the ball and the video will stop/freeze frame at the point just before the takers strikes the ball....all from the goalkeeper's POV.

Deliverables

final master in 4K and a web-ready 1080p MP4
a 10 second penalty kick video from a goalkeeper's POV
a play/pause feature throughout the 10 sec video
a repeatable tool I can use to do this with multiple videos

Acceptance criteria
The finished video must clearly show the pose of the penalty taker just before they strike the ball... the angle of the tilt of their body, their shoulder angles, the position of their arms, placement of their plant foot, angle of their kicking leg...all form ONE angle, the goalkeepers POV

We will provide the video. This is not animation but a real footballer. We don't want an animation, we want the real video from viewed from a different angle

I’d love to see a couple of your best examples and talk next steps.
