Albany Business Contact Scrape

I need a clean, verified database of every medium-sized company operating in and around Albany, NY(50 miles radius zip 12065) that falls into the Retail, Healthcare, Technology sectors. For each company I’m after three key pieces of information: a working email address, a direct phone number, and the primary contact’s name.

To keep things simple on my end, please deliver the finished data as a single CSV or Excel file ready for import into a CRM.
