I’m looking for a talented video editor based in Albania who's fluent in English, who can shape raw wedding footage into three polished deliverables with a distinctly cinematic, emotionally driven feel. You will receive multi-camera files that capture the entire 8-9 hour day, from early-morning preparations right through to the last dance, and turn them into:
• A 1-2 minute punchy vertical teaser
• A 7-9 minute artistic Highlight film that weaves every main moment into a flowing narrative. Needs to tell the story of the day with soundtrack music and the most compelling spoken soundbites, and the most important moments of the day.
• A full-length documentary style wedding video of the ceremony, the first dance of bride & groom, parent dances and the speeches in their entireties. It should blend multiple camera angles and the professional audio. This does not need to be a creative, artistic story like the Highlight, but should have the same standard of colour grading and audio as the Highlight and have some B roll footage on the start and end of the video to help it flow (B roll of drone clips, moments of the bride groom during the portrait session, etc). This video tends to be about 1 hour long, depending on how long the ceremony and speeches last. It does not need to have a creative story line or additional soundtrack music.
Beyond creative storytelling, I need confident colour-grading, tasteful music selection, clean audio mixing, and seamless transitions that enhance rather than distract. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever professional tool you prefer, as long as the final exports arrive in both 4K and 1080p H.264. If you use Final Cut and can share the project files, even better.
If you have a showreel featuring cinematic American (USA) weddings or similar events, that is ideal. Please tell me which software you work in, the average turnaround time you can commit to, and any questions you have about the footage or workflow. I’m excited to see how you can bring this couple’s day to life on screen.
