I need a mobile application, paired with a web-based dashboard, that lets barbershops run day-to-day operations while keeping every sale and customer interaction in one place. The core flow is simple: customers open the app, pick an available seat or barber, and confirm their booking; staff check the same schedule in real time and the dashboard instantly records the transaction so I can watch revenue grow through live charts.

Key deliverables
• Cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) for both customers and barbershop staff
• Admin/owner dashboard reachable from any browser
• Secure sign-up / log-in for customers, staff, and owner roles
• Seat and barber-specific booking system that syncs to the calendar instantly
• Sales analytics: daily, weekly, and monthly charts plus downloadable reports in CSV/PDF
• Cloud database so customer and sales data stay consistent across devices
• Push notifications for confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled bookings
• Basic settings panel where I can add barbers, adjust working hours, and export data

Tools and stack are flexible—Flutter, React Native, Swift/ Kotlin, Firebase, or any solid alternative are all fine as long as the final build is smooth, fast, and maintainable.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can install the app on a test phone, book a seat, and watch the booking appear on the dashboard within seconds.
2. At day-end I can pull a sales report and the total matches the sample transactions made during testing.
3. Source code, build instructions, and one live demo on your staging server are provided before final hand-off.
