Freelance sales partner for Akarsa Studio, a truth-first performance marketing and creative agency in Indore, India, with a presence in Dubai. We run Meta Ads, Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Reddit Ads, influencer marketing, content and branding, and AI-driven analytics. Brands we have worked with include Starbucks, Adidas and Decathlon.

What you will do:
- Find and qualify leads: D2C brands, restaurants, real estate firms and other growing businesses in India and Dubai
- Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email
- Pitch our services honestly, with no false promises about results
- Close deals and onboard new clients for the agency, with support from our founders when needed
- Keep a simple record of your leads and their status

Who we are looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation or agency sales
- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently towards targets

Pay (commission only, no hourly or fixed salary):
- ₹5,000 to ₹30,000 commission for every client you onboard, depending on the size of the deal
- Commission is paid after the client has made their payment to us
- No limit on how many clients you can bring in
