I am preparing a business strategy report and need 2–3 in-depth airline case studies that showcase contrasting approaches and performance. Please pick carriers from different regions—Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Garuda Indonesia, or other well-matched examples—and analyse each one in 1,200–1,500 words.

For every airline, I expect:
