Airbnb PMS Platform Development

I run a growing network of Airbnb listings spread across several cities and I’m ready to replace spreadsheets and third-party tools with a purpose-built property-management system. The core modules I can’t live without are reservation management, tight channel-manager integration (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.), and an always-on dynamic pricing engine. On top of that I need multi-admin access, guest CRM, revenue and occupancy reporting, support for multiple locations, and automated notifications by email, SMS, and push.

Tech stack: React for the front end and Node.js on the back end feel like the right fit, but I’m open to alternatives if you can make a solid case. Clean, well-documented REST or GraphQL APIs are important because the same back-end services will power companion mobile apps for both Android and iOS.

Because this is a business-critical tool, ongoing post-launch support and iterative feature improvements matter as much as the initial build. I prefer working directly with an individual developer or a tight two-person team rather than a large agency.

Key deliverables
• Web dashboard (React + Node or equivalent) covering all core modules
