I manage several short-term rentals on Airbnb and Booking.com and I want a dedicated partner to take charge of our reviews and ratings on both platforms. The focus is proactive management—more than merely answering comments, I need someone who will actively nurture a stronger public reputation and drive higher guest satisfaction scores.
