I have a hand-sketched mechanical air-vent that must be turned into a clean 3D model and STL file, then checked with an airflow & pressure-drop simulation—all ready for delivery tomorrow. You will receive the scanned sketches as soon as we start; the geometry is fairly simple but the duct path contains a few subtle curves that must be respected.

The job breaks down into two quick steps:

• Convert the sketch into a watertight CAD model and export an error-free STL suitable for printing or CNC.
• Run a CFD analysis focused specifically on airflow and pressure drop through the vent. Use any reputable tool you’re comfortable with—SolidWorks Flow, Ansys Fluent, SimScale, Fusion 360, etc.—as long as you can supply colored contour plots and the numeric pressure-drop value.

I can provide vent dimensions and basic operating conditions (flow rate, temperature, inlet pressure) immediately after project kick-off so you have real data to drive the simulation.

Deliverables by tomorrow:
1. Native CAD file + final STL
2. Brief PDF/slide report with screenshots, boundary conditions, mesh summary, and the airflow/pressure-drop results

If anything is unclear, message me right away—turnaround time is tight.
