• Project tracking & team organisation – choose or refine a platform that gives everyone instant clarity on status, owners, and next steps.
• File storage, forms & data management – create a logical structure that lets the team find what they need in seconds.

I’ll share current pain points, access to our existing stack, and the outcomes I’m aiming for. You’ll propose improvements, implement agreed solutions, and leave clear SOPs so the team can maintain them without you.
