AI Workflow Automation Lead Needed

I’m rolling out a programme that blends large-language-model reasoning with agent-based orchestration directly inside Automation Anywhere. The mandate is clear: redesign several labour-intensive business processes and have them run as fully self-governing, monitorable workflows.

Your background should show real wins where AI agents drove end-to-end workflow automation, not just isolated chat or recommendation pilots. You’ll map the architecture, prove the concept, then shepherd it into production, coordinating a small in-house team along the way. Expect to craft prompts, manage model hosting or fine-tuning (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.), and expose everything through Automation Anywhere packages or REST calls. Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or similar agent stacks will help the build go faster.

Deliverables
• Architecture blueprint detailing every component, data flow, and security concern
• A functioning Automation Anywhere bot (or bot set) that calls the LLM/agent layer to complete one selected workflow end-to-end
• Knowledge-transfer documentation and a live walkthrough for my team
