I’m looking to have an automated process bot built that takes the busy-work out of my day and keeps multiple workflows moving without constant supervision. The focus is pure workflow automation, not chat or voice.
Here’s what I need the bot to cover:
• Scheduling & calendar management – automatically create, update, and reconcile events across Google Calendar and Outlook, flag conflicts, and send reminders.
• Task & project management – open new tasks from predefined templates, update statuses, and move cards/issues inside tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana as milestones are met.
• Approval workflows – route documents or requests to the right approver, track response time, and escalate if deadlines slip.
I’m open on the stack, but Python (with FastAPI), Node.js, or a low-code RPA platform such as UiPath or Power Automate would fit well with the rest of my environment. Whichever route you choose, I’ll need clean, commented code plus deployment instructions so my in-house team can maintain it.
Acceptance criteria
• Bot reliably completes all three workflow categories above with 99 % success in a week-long test.
• Logs every action and exception to a central dashboard.
• Runs on Ubuntu 20.04 server (Docker container acceptable).
• Hands-off handover: documentation, setup script, and brief walkthrough call.
If this sounds like your specialty, let’s talk about timelines and the best architecture to get it running smoothly.
