AI Whatsapp Business Automation

Hi, I am looking for an individual developer to build a POC (Proof of Concept) for SurgyCare – WhatsApp AI Automation System.

### About SurgyCare
SurgyCare provides insurance/cashless service support to small hospitals that do not have their own cashless insurance facility.

We have hospital WhatsApp groups where hospital staff and SurgyCare staff communicate regarding insurance surgical cases.

### Purpose of POC
I do NOT want the complete software initially. I want a small working POC to prove that the WhatsApp + AI + workflow system works properly.

### POC Workflow

Hospital WhatsApp → AI → Case Creation → Eligibility Team → CEO Dashboard

The POC should demonstrate:

1. Hospital sends a policy copy/document, surgery name and estimated surgery cost through WhatsApp.
2. AI receives/reads the information.
3. AI identifies whether it is Retail or Corporate policy.
4. AI extracts:
- Patient name
- Policyholder name
- Insurance company
- Policy number/member ID
- Policy validity
- Surgery name
- Estimated surgery cost
5. AI identifies missing/incomplete information.
6. If information is missing, AI automatically sends a proper reply to the hospital, for example:
“Please share the current active policy copy / complete surgery name / complete cost details.”
7. For retail policies, AI should identify whether the required complete policy document has been provided.
8. For corporate policies, AI should identify whether the policyholder mobile number is available.
9. AI should identify relevant policy information such as:
- Waiting period
- Co-pay
- Capping/sub-limit
- Exclusions/restrictions, where identifiable
10. AI creates a unique SurgyCare Case ID.
11. The case is automatically sent/created for the SurgyCare Eligibility Team.
12. Eligibility team should be able to update:
- Surgery Covered
- Surgery Not Covered – Waiting Period
- Surgery Not Covered
- Other / Query
13. CEO/Admin dashboard should show:
- Case ID
- Hospital
- Patient
- Insurance company
- Surgery
- Cost
- Eligibility status
- Pending action
- Responsible person
- Case age
14. The system should show where the case is stuck and who is responsible.
15. Basic automatic reminder/escalation should be demonstrated.

### AI Requirement
AI should not make final insurance decisions independently. It should extract information, identify missing information and highlight policy conditions. Final eligibility/payment decisions will be made by authorized SurgyCare staff.

### WhatsApp
I specifically need official WhatsApp Business/Meta API architecture or a technically compliant solution. Please clearly explain how you propose to handle WhatsApp communication/groups before development.

### Ownership
All accounts, database, API accounts, source code and data must ultimately belong to SurgyCare. Developer access can be provided for development.

### Important – Quotation
Please give me a FIXED PRICE for this POC, not an open-ended hourly quotation.
