AI Voice Agent Development

I need an AI voice agent to act as a virtual assistant for inbound calls. The voice agent's primary role will be to provide advisory services based on a knowledge base that I will provide in the form of a PDF file.

Key Requirements:
- The AI voice agent should be able to handle inbound calls.
- It must provide advisory services using a provided knowledge base.
- The knowledge base will be in PDF format.
May handle multiple calls at a time.
Need fixed monthly plan / one time preferred
Already Have a 8 sim gsm gateway synway 4008.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing AI voice agents.
- Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with integrating voice agents into calling systems.
- Ability to work with and interpret information from PDF documents.
