I’m building a web-based store where shoppers can choose a dress or suit and instantly see it on themselves. The flow is simple: the visitor uploads one full-body, front-facing photo, picks an item from the catalogue, and the site renders a realistic composite that respects body shape, pose and lighting.

The stack is already defined—Python with Flask on the back end, HTML/CSS/JavaScript on the front, and a deep-learning pipeline (pose estimation, segmentation, texture warping) driving the virtual try-on. What I need now is an end-to-end implementation that feels production ready: quick inference times, clean UX, mobile responsiveness, and an admin view for adding garments.

If you’re interested, send a detailed project proposal outlining the approach you’d take, libraries or pre-trained models you’d rely on, and a rough milestone breakdown so I can understand how you plan to hit accuracy, speed, and visual-quality targets.

Key deliverables
• Flask application with user sign-up/login, secure image upload, and outfit selection
• AI module that composites full outfits (dresses and suits first) onto the user photo with minimal artefacts
• Responsive storefront UI plus simple admin dashboard
• Deployment scripts or Dockerfile so I can spin it up on a standard cloud VM

I’ll review proposals this week and shortlist the ones that demonstrate solid computer-vision insight and pragmatic e-commerce thinking. Looking forward to seeing how you’d bring this experience to life.
