AI Video Generation Specialist (Previs & Commercial Production)

We are looking for an AI Video Generation Specialist who can bridge the gap between initial concepts and final delivery. This role is for someone who doesn’t just generate random clips, but knows how to direct AI to create compelling, production-ready visual stories—spanning previsualization (previs) videos up to cinematic, client-facing final outputs.
What You'll Create
• Cinematic Scenes: Premium, realistic video content designed for marketing, corporate storytelling, and brand advertising.
• Previs & Conceptual Animatics: AI video sequences to establish pacing, framing, and narrative direction before moving to final render.
• Consistent Visual Worlds: Multi-scene videos featuring seamless character continuity, matched environments, and consistent art direction.
• End-to-End Visuals: Complete assets driven by text-to-video, image-to-video, and advanced AI-assisted post-production workflows.
What We're Looking For
• End-to-End Ownership: Ability to take a raw client brief or script and guide it through prompting, generation, editing, and final polishing.
• Prompting & Creative Direction Mastery: Deep understanding of how to command AI to capture specific lighting, realistic composition, texture, and complex camera movements.
• An Eye for Realism: A critical eye that spots and corrects AI artifacts, ensuring the final product looks highly intentional and polished.
• Agility: Comfort switching gears between fast, iterative previs loops and meticulous, pixel-perfect final video output.
You’ll Stand Out If You
• Understand cinematic camera language and traditional commercial editing structures.
• Maintain a highly adaptive workflow, experimenting across multiple generation and editing frameworks to secure the absolute best output.
• Have a portfolio showing multi-shot narratives where characters or environments remain consistent from frame to frame.
