AI Video Creator / Cinematic Storytelling Editor
We are looking for a skilled AI video creator / editor who can turn fully written scripts and storyboards into polished, emotionally engaging short-form videos.
Our projects are typically cinematic, story-driven pieces built around personal stories, motivation, resilience, growth, sport, community, or other human themes. The scripts are already developed and usually include scene structure, voice-over, emotional beats, and visual guidance.
We are not looking for simple slideshow-style videos or generic stock-footage edits. We need someone who can translate a written narrative into a coherent visual story with strong pacing, consistent characters, believable environments, and a professional cinematic feel.
What we provide
For each project, you will typically receive:
A complete script divided into scenes
Voice-over text
Notes on the intended emotion and pacing
Visual references or a storyboard
Branding requirements when relevant
The storyboard should be treated primarily as a narrative and composition reference. The final visual style does not need to copy the drawings. We expect the freelancer to propose and execute the visual direction that works best for the story.
What we need from you
You should be comfortable handling the full visual production process, including:
Creating or sourcing visuals for each scene
Generating consistent AI characters when recurring characters are required
Maintaining visual continuity across the entire video
Creating cinematic camera movement and believable action
Editing scenes into a strong narrative flow
Matching visuals to the rhythm and emotion of the voice-over
Sound design and music selection
Clean typography and on-screen text where appropriate
Color correction / grading and final polish
Depending on the project, the visual style may be photorealistic, cinematic, illustrated, animated, stylized, or a hybrid of AI-generated and stock footage.
We are open to your creative approach. The quality and consistency of the final result matter more than the specific tools used.
Typical deliverables
Most projects will require:
Finished 16:9 HD video
Usually around 60–90 seconds, depending on the script
Professional editing and pacing
AI-generated and/or licensed stock visuals
Royalty-free soundtrack
Sound design
Professional voice-over or integration of provided voice-over
Final export ready for YouTube and social platforms
Source/project files when agreed in advance
Up to 2 minor revision rounds
Additional aspect ratios or shorter social-media versions may sometimes be requested separately.
Tools
You may use any professional workflow that produces strong results.
Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar AI/video tools is welcome.
We are especially interested in creators who understand how to combine multiple tools into a seamless final film rather than relying on one-click AI video generation.
The person we are looking for
A strong candidate should understand:
Visual storytelling
Cinematic composition
Emotional pacing
Character consistency
Continuity between AI-generated shots
Editing to voice-over
Music and sound design
How to make AI-generated footage feel intentional rather than random
The ability to create beautiful individual shots is important, but storytelling and consistency are even more important.
When applying
Please send:
A short introduction describing your experience with AI video production
2–3 examples of your strongest work, preferably cinematic or story-driven
The AI/video tools you normally use
A brief explanation of your typical workflow from script to final video
Your usual turnaround time for a 60–90 second video
Your approximate rate per finished video or per minute of final footage
We will provide a sample script and hand-drawn storyboard with the job post so you can understand the level of detail and type of material you would typically receive.
We are looking for someone we can potentially work with on multiple future videos, not only a single project.
Editing notes
Keep the pacing controlled at the beginning and increase the intensity gradually with the music.
Use natural transitions, match cuts, slow motion only where appropriate and realistic sound details such as boots on grass, breathing, ball contact, fabric movement and distant stadium ambience.
Avoid excessive face close-ups, constant dribbling footage, repetitive running scenes and generic goal celebrations.
Do not use fake stadiums, exaggerated crowds, superhero poses, explosions, glowing eyes, fantasy lighting, impossible camera movements or other overdramatic AI visuals.
The final result should feel like a serious football performance and mindset video focused on discipline, body language, teamwork, decision-making and mental strength.
Commercial usage and rights
All materials and final outputs must be cleared for commercial use and must not infringe any third-party rights.
This requirement applies to all music, voiceovers, visuals, footage, images, sound effects, fonts and other assets used in the video, including AI-generated content.
Use only original AI-generated assets or properly licensed materials that explicitly permit commercial use. Do not include protected logos, branded kits, recognizable stadium branding, copyrighted recordings, real player likenesses or any other third-party intellectual property.
