* Working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Israel Time, Monday–Friday.
* We're hiring an individual contractor directly, not an agency. If you represent an agency or would be subcontracting this work to someone else, this isn't the right fit for this post.

About the Role:
We're hiring a full-time AI Performance Creative Designer to produce high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and YouTube. This is a data-driven creative role — every asset you make gets tested in live campaigns and judged on real performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS). Your work has a direct line to revenue, and creatives that perform get scaled fast.

What You'll Do:
* Produce high-volume static and video ad creatives using AI tools
* Build multiple variations per concept (hooks, angles, formats, aspect ratios)
* Optimize creatives separately for Meta (Reels/Feed/Stories), Google Ads and YouTube pre-roll
* Match ad creatives to landing page visuals for conversion consistency
* Iterate weekly based on performance data — kill what's not working, scale what is
* Keep files organized with clear, consistent naming conventions
* Follow brand guidelines and platform ad policies closely

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With (don't need all, but hands-on comfort with a few):
* Video generation: Runway, Kling, Heygen, Hedra, Higgsfield, Sora, Pika
* Image generation: Midjourney, Flux, Higgsfield, Fal AI, Grok Imagine
* Editing: CapCut or After Effects
* Voice: ElevenLabs (where needed)

We care more about output quality and results than your specific tool stack.

You're a Strong Fit If You:
* Have real experience creating performance ads, not just social content or edits
* Understand that the first 3 seconds make or break a video ad
* Can read and act on CTR, hook rate, and retention data
* Can replicate a reference style precisely when given one
* Thrive in fast testing/iteration cycles and take feedback based on data
* Can reliably commit to the stated hours and timezone, long-term
* Are applying as an individual contractor, not on behalf of an agency

Not a Fit If You:
* Needs a different time zone or flexible working hours. Not interested in working the 9 AM–6 PM Israel shift.
* Expect a rate above $600/month for this role
* Represent an agency rather than applying as an individual

Compensation:
$600/month, fixed. Long-term role for the right person, with room to grow based on performance impact.
