AI Video Editor Needed for Conversion-focused VSLs

Direct-Response AI Video Editor for VSLs & Facebook Ads (Long-Term, 30+ hrs/week)
We run paid traffic to video sales letters and need an editor who edits for conversions, not just aesthetics.

THE WORK
- Long VSLs (10-60 min) from scripts, voiceover, talking-head and B-roll
- Short ads (15-90 sec) for Meta and TikTok in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1
- Multiple hook variations per ad for split testing
- Captions, motion text, and simple animations that reinforce the message

MUST HAVE
- excellent experience with AI tools like higgsfield, claude, Descript etc
- can write good prompts to get realistic videos
- Proven direct-response work: VSLs, sales videos, or performance ads
- Expert in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a plus)
- Fast turnaround and comfortable with same-day revisions
- Available at least 4 hours/day overlapping with GMT+3
