AI Video Creation for Financial Education

I am looking for an experienced AI video creator to produce an ongoing series of polished, text-to-video social media videos.

The videos will focus primarily on retirement planning, pensions, insurance and financial education for first responders. Each video will be approximately 30–45 seconds long and formatted for Facebook/ Instagram Reels/ LinkedIn Ads

I have examples that demonstrate the style, pacing and overall quality I want. These will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

Scope of work:

* Turn a completed script or concept into a finished AI video
* Create realistic and consistent characters across multiple scenes
* Generate professional police-precinct and law-enforcement-related environments
* Produce natural character movement, facial expressions and lip synchronization
* Add a realistic American voice-over
* Incorporate supporting footage, transitions and subtle background music
* Add accurate, easy-to-read captions
* Include my branding, logo and call to action
* Deliver a polished vertical video in 9:16 format
* Make reasonable revisions based on feedback

The videos must feel credible, cinematic and authentic. I do not want generic stock-footage slideshows, cartoon-style animation or obviously artificial characters. The tone should be educational and trustworthy while being engaging enough to stop viewers from scrolling and encourage qualified viewers to submit their contact information.

The ideal freelancer has experience with platforms such as Runway, Google Flow/Veo, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools. Experience producing financial-services advertisements or direct-response social media content is strongly preferred.

Because this is financial content, accuracy is important. The freelancer must follow the approved script precisely and must not add guarantees, exaggerated financial claims or unapproved language.

This will begin with one paid test video. If the quality and working relationship are strong, I would like to develop an ongoing series using a consistent style and recurring characters.
