## **Job Title:** Freelance AI Video Creator & Video Editor (2 Roles Available)

**About the Roles**
We are expanding our freelance roster, and we are currently seeking to fill two distinct roles: an **AI Video Creator** and a **Video Editor**. As an independent film studio dedicated to cinematic digital storytelling across live-action, traditional animation, and generative AI, we are looking for reliable talent to help bring our narrative shorts and episodic series to life.

*Note: You may apply for just one of these roles, or if you are a hybrid creator with expertise in both AI generation and traditional post-production, you are welcome to apply for both.*

### **Role 1: AI Video Creator (Image-to-Video & Immersive POV)**

We need an AI specialist to transform static images, written concepts, and reference materials into fluid, high-quality video clips, with a major focus on crafting immersive, first-person POV scenes.

* **Generate & Animate:** Turn static images and detailed scripts into realistic video content with natural camera and character motion.
* **Craft POV Experiences:** Produce believable first-person environments and interactions without distracting visual errors or "hallucinations."
* **Maintain Continuity:** Ensure strict visual consistency across characters, lighting, perspective, and complex elements (like hands and objects) throughout all scenes.
* **Iterate & Troubleshoot:** Continuously refine prompts to select the absolute best clips and overcome generation artifacts.

### **Role 2: Video Editor (Post-Production & Assembly)**

We need a skilled editor to take the raw AI-generated clips, live-action footage, and audio assets and assemble them into a polished, cohesive narrative.

* **Assemble & Pace:** Cut and organize footage to create compelling pacing and emotional resonance in narrative films.
* **VFX & Compositing:** Utilize masking methods and compositing to fix minor AI glitches, blend scenes seamlessly, and enhance the overall visual style.
* **Software Proficiency:** Expert-level editing utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
* **Collaborate:** Work closely with the creative lead and the AI Video Creator to ensure the final deliverable perfectly matches the intended storyboard and script.

### **What You Bring**

* **For the AI Creator:** Proven experience using top-tier platforms (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, Pika, Veo) and strong prompt engineering skills.
* **For the Editor:** Strong background in narrative film editing, workflow management, color grading, and audio syncing.
* **For Both Roles:** A deep understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. The ability to work independently on an as-needed basis while following precise creative direction.
