AI Training Specialist – Data Annotation & Model Evaluation

We are looking for experienced AI professionals to support ongoing AI training and model evaluation tasks. The work involves reviewing AI-generated responses, creating high-quality training data, evaluating model accuracy, and providing clear feedback to improve AI systems.

Responsibilities
-Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, reasoning, and quality.
Create and annotate high-quality datasets for AI/LLM training.
-Identify errors, inconsistencies, hallucinations, and problematic responses.
-Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and maintain consistent labeling standards.
-Provide clear explanations and feedback for model improvement.
-Complete tasks accurately while meeting quality and turnaround requirements.

Requirements
-Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
-Experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, data annotation, prompt engineering, or software development is preferred.
-Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
-Ability to follow detailed instructions and evaluate technical content objectively.
-Reliable communication and ability to work independently.

Project Details
This will begin with a small paid evaluation task. Successful candidates may receive ongoing AI training and evaluation work based on performance and quality.
