AI Training Participant Onboarding

I’m scaling up an ongoing AI-training initiative and need someone who can quickly source and onboard new participants for me. The priority is simple: identify suitable people from one specific country (I’ll share the exact location once we connect) and guide each of them through the sign-up process on our approved platforms.

The ideal participants usually have a background in customer support or general coordination work, so you’ll be targeting that profile when you reach out. You do not need deep AI knowledge yourself—I’ll provide all platform guidelines, step-by-step onboarding materials, and a checklist you can follow. Your responsibilities end once every recruit has successfully created an account, passed the introductory compliance checks, and confirmed their availability.

For each batch you onboard, I’ll review the numbers with you and set clear milestones so you always know how performance is measured and when payment is released. Steady communication is essential, but your hours remain flexible and fully remote.
