I’m hiring reliable, detail-oriented people for ongoing AI training-data work: writing prompts and reference solutions, building grading rubrics, reviewing and correcting AI-generated responses, and authoring/verifying small coding tasks. Remote, hourly, and long-term for the right people.
What you’ll do
Write clear, well-structured prompts, reference (“golden”) solutions, and grading rubrics
Review AI model outputs and write precise, well-reasoned feedback
Build and test small coding tasks (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, shell)
Follow detailed style and quality guidelines and revise work based on reviewer feedback
Requirements
Native-level written English – clear, correct, natural prose
Solid development skills (Python, JS/TS, or similar) and comfort reading and debugging code
Prior experience on AI data/expert platforms (Snorkel, Handshake, Mercor, Alignerr, Outlier, DataAnnotation, etc.)
Responsive communication; comfortable with async work and regular check-ins
Able to commit 40+ hours/week
Rate: $3/hr, hourly contract tracked. Consistent, high-quality work leads to steady hours and more responsibility.
To apply: start your proposal with the word “RUBRIC” and include (1) which AI platforms you’ve worked on and what kind of tasks, (2) your main programming languages, (3) a 100–150 word writing sample on any technical topic, in your own words, and (4) your weekly availability. Generic or AI-written proposals will be ignored. Shortlisted candidates complete a short paid test task.
Skills tags: Technical Writing, Python, JavaScript, Data Annotation, Artificial Intelligence, English (US), Content Writing, Quality Assurance
