AI Text Editor for Windows

I’m looking for a lightweight text-editing application for Windows 11 that feels as quick and simple as Notepad yet adds modern, AI-assisted convenience. The one must-have feature is an integrated search bar so I can instantly locate content within large files. Everything else—auto-complete, grammar or spelling suggestions, syntax highlighting—would be nice bonuses if they can be added without slowing the program down, but the core deliverable is the search-enabled editor itself.

Please build it as a desktop utility that launches fast, opens multiple files, and saves standard .txt files. A clean, minimal UI is important; I don’t need a ribbon or complex panels. Deliverables should include:
