Every semester I host a small cohort of college students who are eager but brand-new to the worlds of AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cybersecurity. I want an experienced practitioner to step in as their mentor—someone who can translate real-world know-how into clear, engaging guidance that builds a solid foundation across these three domains.
The work is fully remote and organised around weekly live sessions (Zoom or similar). You would design a logical learning path, run interactive lectures or workshops, walk through hands-on demos in Python (think Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras), and introduce essential cybersecurity principles such as basic network security and OWASP Top 10 practices. Outside class time, students will rely on you for code reviews, career tips, and occasional one-to-one Q&A.
Deliverables
• A 10-to-12-week syllabus with learning objectives and recommended resources
• Slide decks or notebooks for each session, complete with runnable code snippets or lab instructions
• Short homework or mini-project briefs plus solution walkthroughs
• A final feedback report on each student’s progress and next steps
Acceptance criteria
• Material must be beginner-friendly yet technically accurate
• All examples run without errors on a standard Python 3.x stack
• Live sessions recorded and shared within 24 hours
• Progress reports delivered within one week of course completion
If you enjoy nurturing fresh talent and can present complex topics in a simple, inspiring way, let’s talk details and scheduling.
