I am building a cross-platform mobile app that ranks professional, personal, and educational tasks in real time and then pushes the right items directly into Google Calendar. The core engine will lean on AI-driven task prioritization powered by Gemini while the overall product operates as a true SaaS: shared backend, multitenant database, and a web dashboard that stays fully in sync with the iOS and Android clients.
Scope of work
The project spans the full stack. I need the mobile front-end for both iOS and Android, a resilient backend (Node, Python, or a language you can justify), and the connective tissue—APIs and webhooks—to keep everything synchronized. Tasks must be created in natural language inside the app, scored by the AI model, scheduled automatically on the user’s Google Calendar, and stored so that any change on one surface is reflected everywhere else almost instantly.
Key requirements
• Platforms: native or Flutter/React Native builds that ship simultaneously to iOS and Android
• AI layer: Gemini calling your task-ranking logic and returning ordered tasks with confidence scores
• Calendar integration: secure OAuth flow with Google, two-way sync, conflict handling
• Auth: classic email-and-password signup/login with best-practice security (bcrypt, email verification, forgot-password flow)
• SaaS foundation: tenant isolation, usage metering endpoints, and easy tier upgrades
• DevOps: containerised deployment and CI/CD that can be handed over without guesswork
Acceptance criteria
1. A user creates three tasks; the AI returns a prioritized list within 2 seconds.
2. Selecting “schedule” inserts tasks into the correct Google Calendar slots and reflects the event IDs back in the app.
3. Updating a task on one device (or via Calendar) propagates to all signed-in devices in under 5 seconds.
4. Sign-up, sign-in, and password reset workflows are fully functional and tested.
5. Code and infrastructure are documented well enough that another developer can spin up the project locally in
