The main focus of this role is managing English and Spanish documents while ensuring translations are accurate, natural, professional, and consistent. You will also use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with translation, content improvement, document organization, formatting, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Translate and proofread content from English to Spanish.
Review AI-generated translations and make them sound natural and professional.
Manage, organize, and format Word, PDF, Excel, and Google Docs files.
Use AI tools for translation, editing, prompting, and document workflows.
Create and improve AI prompts for language and content tasks.
Maintain consistent terminology, formatting, and document quality.
Use Canva to edit and format documents, presentations, social media materials, and other visual content.
Ensure Spanish versions maintain the look, structure, and professional appearance of the original content.
Requirements

Excellent English and native or near-native Spanish.
Strong translation, proofreading, and writing skills.
Experience with ChatGPT/AI tools.
Experience with Canva and basic graphic/document design.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Comfortable working independently and following instructions.
Reliable communication and availability for ongoing work.
