AI Sharpen 20-Frame Movie Clip

I have a very short, 20-frame snippet (under a second) that is both blurry and grainy, yet it needs to be dropped straight into a movie scene. I’ll provide the raw clip along with a crisp reference photo of the actor so you can be certain his face ends up looking like himself.
The goal is simple: elevate those frames to the highest, cleanest resolution possible—ideally 4K or whatever your AI workflow (Topaz Video AI, Gigapixel, DaVinci’s SuperScale, etc.) can achieve without introducing artifacts.
Key enhancement priorities
• Facial features – match the reference still, no AI “plastic skin” or warped eyes.
• Overall clarity – remove noise, restore fine detail, and keep natural grain where appropriate.
Colour and framing should stay true to the original so it cuts smoothly with surrounding footage. A very slight stabilisation pass is fine if it helps, but please avoid any cropping that alters composition.
Deliverables
• Finished 20-frame clip in ProRes 422 HQ (and a lightweight H.264 preview) at the best achievable resolution
• A short note of the exact settings or model you used, so I can replicate the results if we need tweaks later
I’ll sign off once the actor’s likeness is intact and the clip holds up when paused on a 4K monitor. Looking forward to seeing the frames come back to life.
