AI Script Conversion for Web Hosting

I have a working script generated by AI as a ZIP download. It rotates 4 photos as a html5 slideshow with a CSS animation effect featuring geometric rotating shutters, dynamic hue transitions, pause-state natural tint removal. It includes layers for fullscreen controls, live counter, and QR code overlay. No outside data connections. Want the page to be simple and to host on my php server as standard html, css. This is a project to port working code from AI into a simple browser page to retain this exact page look and operation. Simple video of the script running within Google AI Studio to show how the page should look.

Deliverable is simplified html5 files like index.html, animation.css rather than the more complicated AI file structure.
