AI Scheduler SaaS for Plumbers

I need a cloud-based platform that handles every aspect of job scheduling and dispatch for plumbing companies. The application must run smoothly in modern desktop browsers first; mobile or tablet support can come later, so please optimise the user experience, layout, and performance with that priority in mind.

At its heart the system should take incoming work orders, match them to available technicians, and generate the most efficient daily plan automatically. To make that happen I want three AI-driven capabilities baked in from day one:

• Automated job allocation
• Predictive maintenance alerts
• Route optimisation

The system will need a clean admin dashboard where staff can create, view, and edit jobs, plus a dispatcher view that shows live technician status on a map and lets us make on-the-fly adjustments. Real-time notifications (email and ideally SMS) should fire whenever a job is assigned, rescheduled, or completed. Please structure the project with a well-documented API because we expect to integrate our existing CRM and inventory tools later.

Deliverables
• Fully functional SaaS web app deployed to our cloud account
• Source code in a private Git repository with clear setup instructions
• Basic user documentation and an installation/ops guide

Acceptance criteria will be a successful end-to-end test: create a job, watch the system assign it based on technician availability, confirm the predicted route and maintenance flags, and dispatch it without manual intervention.
