AI-Savvy Government Portal Assistant

I manage daily operations on government e-procurement sites such as GEM and Tendersetu and now want to accelerate the workflow with advanced AI support. I’m looking for someone who is already comfortable inside OpenAI tools (ChatGPT included), Claude, Google Gemini and similar uncensored generative models, and who can combine that knowledge with hands-on work inside the portals.

Your core focus will be three recurring activities: keeping our vendor profile fully compliant, preparing and uploading bid documentation, and maintaining a clean library of past tenders. I expect you to use the AI platforms to draft letters, summarise tender clauses, spot compliance gaps, and generally cut down turnaround time without sacrificing accuracy.

Deliverables for each tender cycle:
• Vendor registration or renewal completed with proof of approval
• Bid packet generated, reviewed and successfully submitted on the portal
• All supporting documents named, dated and stored in the shared drive

Basic spreadsheet skills, PDF handling and clear written English are essential. If you already have macros, prompt libraries or small scripts that make this kind of work faster, tell me about them—efficiency is the goal.

Availability should cover normal Indian business hours so that portal deadlines are never missed. Once we finish the first bid smoothly, I’m ready to set up a longer-term schedule together.
