Core flow

1. Merchant apna Shopify store connect kare.
2. Shopify par COD order place hote hi webhook hamare system ko order details bheje.
3. System automatically customer ko AI voice call kare.
4. AI customer se:
- Order confirm kare
- Customer name/order amount verify kare
- Delivery address confirm kare
- Cancel karna hai ya nahi pooche
5. Agar customer order confirm kare, AI bole:
“Agar aap online payment karte hain to aapko ₹XX discount milega. Kya main payment link WhatsApp/SMS par bhej doon?”
6. Customer YES bole to payment link generate/send ho.
7. Payment successful hone par order ko Shopify mein prepaid mark/update karna ho.
8. Customer cancel kare to Shopify order cancellation/update ho.
9. Har call ka result dashboard mein save ho.
