Founder Associate – AI SaaS Growth & GTM (Remote | Part-Time)

I'm building an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform currently in Closed Beta and preparing for its initial market launch, primarily targeting international customers.
I'm looking for an enthusiastic Founder Associate to work directly with me on early-stage Go-To-Market (GTM) activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience working with an early-stage AI startup and learning how products are taken from beta to market.

Responsibilities
Research potential customers and target industries.
Build prospect lists using LinkedIn and other online sources.
Assist with email and LinkedIn outreach.
Schedule product demonstrations.
Support marketing and GTM experiments.
Maintain outreach records and CRM.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity.
Work directly with the founder on growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate
Excellent written English.
Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
Comfortable using AI tools.
Interest in SaaS, startups and technology.
Students, fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome.

Compensation
Fixed pay as per the hours worked
Min. 3-month part-time engagement
