AI Room Visualization & Personality App

I’m building an iOS and web experience where a user walks through a checklist—covering furniture, color scheme, decorative elements and essentially anything you would expect to find in a typical living room—and, the moment they hit “Generate”, the app renders a single, photo-realistic image of that space. Immediately after, an AI routine analyzes the layout, palette and object choices to infer key personality traits and returns a concise written profile to the user.

Here’s how I picture the flow:
1. Front end
• Mobile-first UI for iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) plus a responsive web version (React or similar).
• Dynamic, add-or-remove checklist so I can expand beyond the initial categories without a code push.

2. Image generation
• Realistic style only—no cartoons or minimalism.
• You’re free to leverage a 3-D pipeline (e.g. Three.js + WebGL) or a diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney API, etc.) as long as the final result looks like a high-resolution photograph.

3. Personality engine
• After the room is rendered, pass the object metadata (and optionally the image itself) to an LLM-based classifier or a custom model.
• Output at least three distinct personality insights with a short explanation for each.

4. Deliverables
• Source code for both platforms.
• Deployed web app link plus TestFlight build.
• Brief technical documentation outlining model choices, prompt engineering and steps to retrain or fine-tune.

I care most about seeing the realistic render happen quickly and the personality summary feel genuinely tailored, so please highlight any pre-built models, libraries or optimization tricks you plan to use when you respond.
