AI Receptionist Reels Video Editing

I need a video editor to finish 6 short-form reels for my AI receptionist business.
Everything is in one Google Drive folder: the raw footage, the animation clips, and
the script for each reel.

Budget strictly: $30-40 ($30 fixed and $10 ready for bonus if great minimalistic work delivered)

The footage is me talking to camera, uncut. I re-read the script and say lines over
again, so you'll need to pick the best take and cut the rest — the pauses, the
stumbles, the second attempts. Keep it tight but don't chop it so hard it sounds
rushed.

Then cut me out and place me on a plain white background. Clean edges matter, I
don't want a grey halo around my shoulders.

Each reel is a 1080x1920 frame split in half. My cutout sits in the bottom half, the
animation clips go in the top half. Both halves are white so there's no visible line
between them.

The animations come as numbered clips per reel, and the script tells you which line
each one belongs to. Start the clip when I start that line, then freeze its last
frame and hold it until I finish. Then the next clip. That's the whole rhythm.
Subtitles: one or two words at a time, bold white, sitting around my chest. No
boxes, no colours, no karaoke highlighting.

No flashy editing at all. No zooms, no whooshes, no transitions, no stock footage.
The animations are doing the visual work and anything extra fights them.
