AI Receptionist Lead Generation and Management

I run TURBO AGENT AI an AI receptionist company that installs 24/7 AI call answering into dental offices and local businesses. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me build and manage my outbound lead generation system.

Your daily tasks:

Find dental office and dental consultant contacts using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and Google
Build and organize lead lists with names, companies, emails, and phone numbers
Send personalized cold emails using templates I provide
Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages using my scripts
Manage and update my CRM (Google Sheets) daily with accurate notes
Schedule follow-ups and flag warm leads for me to review
Assist with basic client onboarding admin tasks as we grow

What I provide:

Complete templates for cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and CRM structure — you don't need to write anything from scratch
Clear daily/weekly checklist so you always know exactly what to do
Fast, same-day responses to any questions
Long-term potential — this is a contract-to-hire role that grows as the business grows

Ideal candidate:

Experience with lead generation, virtual assistant work, or sales support
Comfortable using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and email tools
Strong written English and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently once trained
Reliable daily availability, even if just a few hours
