AI Receptionist ChatGPT + Teams

I need an AI-powered receptionist that lives inside Microsoft Teams and greets visitors the way a natural front-desk assistant would. Using ChatGPT as the conversation engine, the bot should welcome a user, understand the intent of the request (book a meeting, ask a routine question, update on the project or reach the right person), and then carry out that intent directly in Teams.

You will handle the full flow: build the conversational logic, connect it through Azure Bot Framework (or another proven method) to my Teams tenant, and deliver a clean hand-off package—code, deployment scripts, and concise documentation—so I can maintain or extend it later.

When you submit your bid, focus on your experience building similar bots or integrating ChatGPT/OpenAI with Microsoft Teams. A short note describing one or two relevant projects and the approach you would take here is all I need to decide quickly.
