AI-Powered Universal Lead Generator

I want to build a web-based, AI-driven lead generation platform that works across software services, e-commerce, healthcare and, ultimately, any other major industry I may add later. A user should be able to pick an industry, then narrow results by country and city—North America, Europe, and Asia are my initial focus regions—press one button, and instantly receive a curated list of potential prospects.

Core workflow
• Industry, country, and city selectors feed an AI engine that gathers, validates, and deduplicates contact data in real time.
• Results appear in an in-app table with filters and search.
• One click exports everything to Excel (.xlsx).
• An integrated email composer lets the user craft outreach messages on the spot, then send through their chosen SMTP or API (Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, etc.), with basic template management, merge tags, and open/click tracking.

Deliverables
• Responsive web application (front end + back end) ready for deployment.
• Admin dashboard to add new industries or regions without code changes.
• Secure user authentication, role management, and activity logging.
• Clean, well-documented source code and setup instructions.

Acceptance criteria
• Lead lists generated for software services, e-commerce, and healthcare in each target region return a minimum 90 % valid email rate, verified through API or internal logic.
• Export produces a correctly formatted Excel file matching the on-screen table.
• Emails sent from the composer arrive in the inbox (not spam) on at least two major providers during testing.
• All critical operations complete within three seconds under a normal workload.
