About Us

We are a real estate investment firm that owns and manages a portfolio of commercial real estate properties. We are looking to expand our use of AI across the organization, specifically through Claude and Claude Cowork, to improve efficiency, organize and analyze property information, streamline repetitive processes, and help our employees work more effectively.

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on AI Implementation & Workflow Consultant who can help us move beyond simply experimenting with AI and develop practical systems that our team can use every day.

Scope of Work

The consultant will work with our team to evaluate our current processes and help implement Claude/Claude Cowork across the organization.

Initial responsibilities will include:

Assist with the setup, organization, and implementation of Claude/Claude Cowork for our employees.
Help establish an effective structure for uploading and organizing information related to our properties, including leases, amendments, property documents, reports, and other relevant files.
Develop AI workflows that allow employees to quickly retrieve, summarize, compare, and analyze information contained within leases and property documents.
Identify repetitive or time-consuming tasks across the company that could be streamlined or automated using AI.
Create practical AI workflows for real estate operations, asset management, property management, accounting, administration, leasing, and other applicable functions.
Develop reusable prompts, templates, processes, and AI tools that employees can incorporate into their daily work.
Recommend best practices for document organization, naming conventions, data structure, permissions, security, and AI usage.
Help us determine where Claude should be used independently and where integrations with our existing software or other AI/automation tools may provide additional value.
Train employees with varying levels of AI experience on how to effectively use Claude and the workflows created.
Create documentation and/or training materials so employees can continue using and expanding these systems after the initial implementation.
Help establish a roadmap for expanding AI adoption throughout the company.
Potential Use Cases

We are particularly interested in exploring AI solutions for:

Lease abstraction and lease summaries
Critical date and option identification
Rent schedules and escalation analysis
Comparing lease provisions across tenants or properties
Searching and querying property and lease documents
Summarizing contracts, amendments, reports, and correspondence
Property-level reporting
Drafting recurring communications and documents
Organizing institutional knowledge
Creating standardized processes across properties
Reducing repetitive administrative work
Improving access to information across departments
Identifying additional opportunities for AI automation within our existing workflows

We are also looking for someone who can proactively identify opportunities we may not yet realize are possible with AI.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal freelancer will have:

Advanced experience implementing Claude, Claude Cowork, or similar enterprise AI tools
Strong knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, document-based AI workflows, and automation
Experience implementing AI solutions within an actual business environment
Experience creating workflows that can be used by non-technical employees
Strong understanding of document management, data organization, and AI knowledge systems
Experience integrating AI with common business applications and software
Ability to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
Strong communication and employee-training skills
A practical, solutions-oriented approach rather than purely technical or theoretical AI knowledge

Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with leases, property documents, asset management, property management, or real estate investment firms would be especially valuable.

A structured system for our property and lease information.
Several high-value AI workflows actively being used by employees.

Employees who understand how to use the tools confidently and effectively.
Documentation of the workflows and systems created.
A prioritized roadmap for additional AI opportunities and automation.

We envision this beginning as a project-based consulting engagement, with the potential for ongoing work as we identify additional AI applications throughout the company.
