I want to launch a web-based Audit Intelligence Platform that auditors can open in any browser and immediately find what they need. The look and feel must stay clean, modern and, above all, intuitive so that even first-time visitors can navigate without a walkthrough.
Core content
• Internal Audit, CIA, CFE/Fraud, CISA/IT Audit, CAMS/AML, COSO, ERM, IFRS and PMP references, all stored in standards/framework libraries organised by audit type.
• Three main knowledge sections: audit guidance, risks & controls, and fraud red flags.
• A global search bar that follows users into every page and returns results across all libraries and guidance notes.
AI Audit Assistant
The assistant should:
1. Draft audit observations from short user prompts or uploaded text.
2. Pinpoint the relevant standards, regulations or best-practice requirements behind each observation.
3. Suggest concise, practical audit recommendations.
An API-based LLM integration is fine as long as responses remain fast and data stays private.
Admin & maintenance
Updates to standards happen often, so I need a simple way—ideally a drag-and-drop CMS or clearly documented markdown files in a Git repo—to add, edit or retire content without touching code. Security, role-based access for future phases and responsive design must be baked in from day one.
Deliverables for this MVP
• Live, hosted platform meeting the above specs
• Source code / CMS hand-off with change guide
• Brief video walk-through and basic user manual
This first phase is scoped and budgeted at roughly USD 500; if it goes smoothly, I’ll fund additional features like user analytics and role permissions in later milestones.
