I’m building a startup that packages “personalities” and long-term memories for different AI models, and our entire stack lives in AWS. The next milestone is an MVP marketplace where users can sign up, browse personality cards, pay for them, drop them straight into a chat, and—on the creator side—mint and list their own cards using the schema described in our docs.

We already rely on:
• Amazon Bedrock plus an AWS database layer for inference and persistence
• Amazon SES to handle sign-up, password resets, and creator notifications
• AWS storage, security, and user-login tooling (think S3, Cognito/IAM, KMS, etc.)

The front-end is Next.js, conversations run through the persona-ai-sdk (https://github.com/tavern-labs-ai/persona-ai-sdk), and Bedrock provides the model endpoints. Your AWS expertise—especially around infrastructure design, security hardening, and cost-aware scaling—will be essential.

How to apply
Begin your message with the single word “marine” so I know you’ve read this. Include a brief screen-capture video that boots our stack locally or in your own AWS account, shows a chat session with the default cards, and proves you can wire Bedrock, Next.js, and the SDK together. Full deployment isn’t needed yet—just the working demo.

After you come on board you’ll own:
1. Marketplace build-out (catalogue, checkout, creator dashboard, SES-driven email flows, secure login).
2. IaC for every AWS resource (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform—your choice).
3. Adherence to the personality-card schema in our documentation.
4. Optionally, a new memory engine layered on top of the persona-ai-sdk.

I am attaching a rudimentary starter repo for reference. https://github.com/Noel-Codess/technical-candidate-starter

Won't be considering proposals without a video attached.
