I’m putting together an e-commerce site and would like a clear, working example I can study and build on. Because I chose “Website” as the project type, the first priority is a web-based storefront that shows best practices in layout, product catalogue, cart, and secure checkout.

I did answer the follow-up questions as if this could later expand into an Android app, so please keep future mobile growth in mind: whatever you provide on the web side should be structured so an Android front end can eventually plug into the same back-end without a full rewrite.

Here’s what I need right now:

• A lightweight yet fully functional demo store built with common tools (React, Vue, or plain HTML/CSS/JS are all fine—use what you’re comfortable with, just keep the code readable).
• Clear, inline comments explaining how products are fetched, how state is managed in the cart, and how checkout flow is triggered.
• A brief read-me that walks me through local setup and points out the spots I’d modify to add my own products or branding.

The example doesn’t have to be huge—three to five sample products is plenty—but it should feel like a genuine store so I can see the pieces working together.
