# AI Technical. Mentor for an Early-Stage AI Agency

## About the Project

I am building an AI automation agency and looking for a knowledgeable AI professional who can guide me technically and strategically as the agency develops.

I am looking for someone who understands the changing AI ecosystem enjoys sharing knowledge and can help me make better technical and business decisions.

I am looking for a freelance mentor who can provide occasional guidance and research support.

## Responsibilities

**1. AI Tools and Technical Guidance**

- Help me explore and setup top claude models like opus 5.5 fable 5.1 etc for free/very cheap on my pc locally.Later help running more models...

- Research powerful AI models, free-tier options, APIs and cost-effective development workflows.

- Help troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions.

- Advise on building AI agents, workflows and business automations.

**2. AI Technology Research**

- Keep me informed about developments in AI models, frameworks, coding tools and automation platforms.

- Recommend technologies based on practical use cases rather than hype.

- Compare tools based on performance, cost, limitations and ease of implementation.

**3. AI Agency Strategy**

- Research AI services that businesses need and are willing to pay for.

- Identify promising automation opportunities and potential service offerings.

- Recommend tech stacks for different client requirements.

- Share insights on emerging opportunities in the AI automation market.

## Ideal Candidate

- Experience with AI tools, LLMs, APIs and AI automation.

- Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI, open-source models, agent frameworks or workflow automation platforms.

- Strong research and problem-solving skills.

- Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

- Interested in mentoring, knowledge sharing and early-stage projects.

A portfolio, GitHub profile or examples of projects would be appreciated.

## Time Commitment

The initial arrangement would be approximately 1–2 hours per week with a weekly discussion and occasional asynchronous communication. The exact scope will be agreed upon in advance.

## Compensation and Expectations

To be transparent I currently have no budget for this role. I'm looking for someone who would voluntarily be interested in a mentorship and collaboration arrangement at this early stage.
