AI Memory Book App MVP

I need a talented developer or small, well-coordinated team to turn my concept for a premium AI-assisted photo memory book into a working MVP on both iPhone and Android.

Because visual polish is central to the product, I’m looking for clean, modern UI built with native Swift UI and Jetpack Compose (or a robust cross-platform alternative like Flutter or React Native if you can still guarantee buttery performance). The AI engine may leverage services such as Vision API, OpenAI, or your own trained model for image quality ranking and smart sequencing—whatever achieves fast and impressive results within reasonable cost.

Deliverables (MVP-ready):
• iOS and Android builds delivered through TestFlight / internal track
• Backend (Node, Python, or comparable) for secure photo upload, AI processing, and layout generation
• Basic onboarding, photo import from device gallery, Google Photos / iCloud optional
• Automated layout service that produces a shareable PDF or similar booklet format
• Source code in a private Git repo with clear README for repeatable build

Acceptance criteria: the app must import at least 100 photos in one go, return a fully laid-out book within 60 seconds on mid-range devices, and pass App Store / Play Console beta review.
