AI Marketing Funnel Automation Bots

I’m building an agentic, AI-driven system whose single focus is task automation inside our marketing funnel. The goal is to hand off the repetitive, time-sensitive actions that move a prospect from first click to closed sale—think instant lead qualification, personalised email sequencing, follow-up reminders, and real-time tagging/segment updates—so my team can concentrate on strategy rather than upkeep.

Here’s the shape of the project:
• You design and deploy one or more autonomous bots that plug into our existing funnel assets (landing pages, CRM, email platform, analytics).
• Each bot should decide next actions on its own, trigger downstream tasks, and log outcomes for easy audit.
• All workflow logic must be easy for a non-developer to tweak later.
• Preferred stack: Python, Node.js or similar; open-source LLM orchestration layers (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.) are welcome as long as the final solution is containerised and version-controlled.

Acceptance criteria
1. A working demo that I can test end-to-end in my sandbox CRM.
2. Clean, commented code pushed to a private repo.
3. A short Loom walk-through explaining configuration options.
4. Documentation that lists any third-party APIs and rate-limit considerations.
